HISTORICAL CONTEXT
The historical background of my fire project topic is that i have done some research that showed me in the year 1956 , Marijuana was included in the Narcotic Control Act which had started by transporting without permission which breaks the U.S law.Meanwhile Doing couple research of my project I found a Source Stating “These states sponsored studies revealed that thousands of people and patients found marijuana safer than synthetic Thc”.It had actually lead to penalties for the use of Marijuana.Later as time passed by, New Mexico was the first state law to recognize the Medicinal value of Cannabis in the year 1978.Which had actually made history until this day That the presidents in the U.S had yet still not changed Cannabis to a lower Scheduled which Right now It's still Known as A Scheduled one drug next to heroin.

California became the first state to officially legalize medical marijuana in November , 5 , 1996.During my research I found a text stating “It permits patients and their primary caregiver with a physician's recommendation to possess and cultivate marijuana for the treatment of Aids, Cancer, Muscular spasticity, migraines and other disorders Also protecting them from punishment if they recommend” This is proving on how medicinal cannabis could be useful for medical use and getting it prescribed from there doctors with a medical card .The Medical Card Will only have access to Dispensary Cannabis shops whom will Sell Medical cannabis to Patients.Patients would Have to get it prescribed from their Doctor Just for diseases or illnesses and other disorders Cannabis could be consumed for.

Furthermore, Let me take me take you back a little to history when an event that had occurred before governments started legalizing medicinal marijuana for patients, was A Drug War U.S against the Narcotics in 1956; When they would transport marijuana and other drugs across other states of the U.S. Which is the reason that they have Marijuana categorized as Schedule 1 drug before LSD and Heroin in the U.S.Cocaine is categorized in Schedule 2 and the government knows that cocaine and crack are more of giving danger to humanity than cannabis.
